We charge one all inclusive fee to sell any residential property. For any house, unit, acreage property etc, we charge only $4999 inc gst. Our sellers pay an advance advertising fee of $100 + gst per month, ($25.38 per week), which is deducted in full from our commission when we sell the property. This charge is also capped; ask us for full details.
Our staff are paid a fixed wage each week. Agents who work on a commission basis only get paid when they sell, which means that they are far more likely to bring you a lower offer to secure a sale. If they bring you an offer of $40,000 less than you want; it is only a drop of $500 in their commission.
We have not held “Open Homes” for over 3 years. We only conduct accompanied viewings by appointment. This includes evening and weekend appointments. As a seller, the only people you should want viewing your property are people ready to buy now and looking for a property of your type and price range. The fact is that most “open home” viewers are looking simply to compare price or design to their own home. We only list property exclusively; the initial period is usually 60 days.

We charge just 5.5% inc gst to manage residential property, which we believe is the lowest in Queensland and includes all rent collection and property management fees. If you need to sell your investment, we charge a fixed fee of only $4999 including gst to sell any residential property, saving you thousands of dollars in commission.

All prospective tenants are checked on the TICA Tenancy Default Database, as well as personal referee, employment/income and previous/present rental history checks. All applicants are also required to provide 100 points of identification.
We conduct inspections every 3 months on our rental properties to ensure that they are being properly maintained and provide our owners with a written statement detailing the general condition and any required maintenance.
